Headquartered in Spain and backed by a leading European technology Private Equity investor, their technology bridges the visibility gap between manufacturers and retail outlets through innovative data-driven solutions.
With a presence across Spain, Italy, and the USA, they have over 150 clients in the CPG space, with a particular specialism in F&B. The business is now looking to hire a Senior Sales Executive to develop and grow the US market.
Job Overview
Reporting into the VP Sales, you will be part of an exciting and growing company where you will meaningfully contribute to their growth in the US Market. Your role will combine strategic business development with a strong focus on prospecting, proposal management, and sales operations. The role will offer many growth opportunities for the successful candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business development initiatives from prospecting and pitching to proposal creation and client relationship management.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with key stakeholders in the CPG and Food & Beverage sectors.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the company’s value proposition.
- Represent the business at industry trade shows and events across the U.S., helping grow awareness and generate leads.
- Partner with the marketing team to boost the company’s visibility through local campaigns, content, and events.
- Stay ahead of U.S. CPG and distribution trends, identifying emerging needs, market gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Translate market insights into actionable recommendations and tailored client proposals.
- Contribute to ROI analyses and business cases that support data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with international colleagues to ensure consistent sales methodologies and communication standards.
- Participate in team meetings and internal workshops, to learn and to contribute insights from the market and client interactions.
Requirements
- The ideal profile will be a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in business or management consulting, ideally within the CPG industry and GTM/RTM space.
- Experience with SaaS or other technology-based solutions, as well as familiarity with the CPG industry, will be considered a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20–30%)
