2nd Shift Manufacturing Operator
CRI-SIL, LLC is a custom silicone compounding & manufacturing company. We pride ourselves on our technicial ability, customer service, and manufacturing efficiency.

CRI-SIL is currently seeking 2nd shift manufacturing operators to join the CRI-SIL family. A good fit is someone who can work in a fast-paced physically demanding environment, has attention to detail and the ability to prioritize. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual(s).
Our current 2nd shift schedule is (4) 10/hr. shifts Monday through Friday weekly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to pass physical and drug screen

* $2,500 Sign-On Bonus will be paid as follows:
- 90 Days = $500*
- 180 Days = $1000*
- 1 Year = $1000*
Individuals must be employed by CRI-SIL at the time of payout to qualify.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
