Production Operator
Our production operators are instrumental to our success! As an operator, you would be responsible to run a roll forming machine in a safe manner while producing quality aluminum or steel exterior building products. Operating machines requires sharp attention to detail, the ability to read work orders, use of standard hand/power tools, the ability to work independently as well as on a team, color matching and use of a tape measure for quality checks, counting correctly, regular lifting (up to 40-75 lbs.), and the ability to package finish products as they are produced. You must have a dependable track-record for attendance and a commitment to safety. Hours: The 3rd Shift standard schedule is 10:30 pm – 6:30 am (Sunday – Thursday). Mandatory OT might be required, this schedule would be 8:30 pm – 6:30 am (Sunday – Thursday).
Pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour (this rate includes a $2.00 per hour seasonal premium and a $3.00 per hour shift premium), potential pay up to $30.00 per hour with our efficiency pay program
