Cicero Therapies is currently seeking an experienced ABA Recruitment Specialist for its close-knit recruiting team! The Recruiter will work closely with Recruitment Team leaders to support interviewing and hiring needs across our family of practices located in IN, IL, AL, GA, VA, SC, NC, and MA. The position is full-time, remote with an in-person option, and will report to the Cicero Therapies Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities:
- Applicant Requisition and Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess qualifications and evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization.
- Pipeline Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Recruitment Team and Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing Officer to understand staffing needs and support shifting of priorities.
- Employer Branding: Promote the organization as an employer of choice and maintain a positive employer brand to attract high-quality healthcare professionals.
- Candidate Sourcing (as assigned): Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and professional associations to identify and attract potential candidates.
Critical Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruitment setting; experience in ABA Therapy preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal, technology, and documentation skills
- Understanding how to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit across the Cicero Network
- Knowledge of basic healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and ensuring adherence in recruitment processes
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and other recruitment tools
Compensation:
- Hourly rate ranging from $22-$26 with quarterly bonus opportunities based on KPI performance
Application/Interview Process for this Position:
- First round interview with Recruiting, Sales, and Marketing Officer
- 2nd round interview with Recruitment team member
- Final round/group meeting with Recruitment team (5 individuals)
