Position: ACO Trainer – TX with Security Clearance
Description Responsible for maintaining training, licensing, and qualification records for supplier staff at datacenter sites. Travels regularly to assess performance, deliver training, and resolve issues. Requires U.S. citizenship, a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, MS Office proficiency, and active Top-Secret Clearance with Polygraph. RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Develops methodologies for ensuring that Supplier staff are trained in Customer systems, policies, and procedures for datacenter security using Customer and Supplier-generated training.
* Maintains a sustainment training program to ensure continued service excellence and any changes to Customer or U.S. Government procedures or regulations.
* Participates in the development of new training to address adjusted service requirements.
* Maintains confidentiality, and prevention
