“`Responsibilities“`:
– Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
– Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
– Manage and maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
– Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
– Assist with office management duties including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
– Provide support to other team members as needed

“`Qualifications“`:
– Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
– Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
– Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
– Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed

Pay: $3,400.00 – $4,000.00 per month
