Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Coral Gables, FL, with opportunities for remote work. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing schedules, handling phone communications, organizing and maintaining records, and providing executive support. The role also includes performing clerical duties and ensuring efficient administrative operations to support the entire team.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Ethics in work and in personal life are required
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing in-office and remote tasks
  • Prior experience in a corporate or consulting environment is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administrative tasks are a required
