Seeking experienced Administrative Assistants for temporary and temp-to-hire roles with pay from $22-$26/hr.

Responsibilities Include

  • Answering and directing calls, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence
  • Preparing reports, maintaining filing systems, and ordering supplies
  • Booking travel, reconciling expenses, and supporting visitors
  • Researching, creating presentations, generating reports, and handling multiple projects
  • Monitoring invoices and managing mail

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of office management procedures
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
