We are seeking an outgoing, reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and keep our workplace running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and file documents
Assist with data entry and record-keeping
Support the administrative assistant with administrative tasks
Greet visitors
Qualifications
Previous administrative or office experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Professional attitude and attention to detail
