The Manager of Advisor Training & Sales Enablement supports the Director of Sales in building an
dsustaining a high-performance advisory team. Where the Director sets sales strategy and owns th
eteam’s production results, the Manager ensures every advisor walks onto the field prepared an
dequipped: building the training curriculum, maintaining the firm’s sales-asset library, running th
esupporting analytics, and keeping the development rhythm consistent week over week

Reporting & Working Relationshi
psReports to the Director of Sales. Works in close coordination with the Director of Advis
orDevelopment and Training to ensure a single, unified training and development plan rather th
anparallel efforts. Collaborates with the Director of Innovation, Marketing Associate, and Strateg

ent• Create, develop, and facilitate the weekly internal sales training series, tied to live pipel
ineactivity rather than theo
ry.• Co-diagnose advisor skills gaps using pipeline observation and production data, then brin
g arecommended training prescription to the Director of Sales for sign-o
ff.• Source and vet outside training resources to address gaps that cannot be closed internal
ly,with a clear rationale for ea
ch.• Coordinate joint work with outside advisors and subject-matter experts as a structu
reddevelopment opportuni
ty.
Sales Enablement & Asset Lib
rary• Own the firm’s sales-asset library — referral language, objection-handling framewo
rks,prospecting cadences, scripts, and client-ready case studies that make selling easier in
themoment, not just in the classr
oom.• Translate the Director’s and top advisors’ best practices into reusable, repeatable tools
thefull team can ap
ply.• Facilitate and maintain planning-tool enablement — the Sophisticated Planning Serv
icesrelationship and other planning software applications — so advisors use them confiden
tly.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Su
pport• Run the lead-generation engine — feed lists, referral-activity tracking, and reporting
— insupport of the strategy owned by the Director of S
ales.• Participate in the weekly Client Builder (sales pipeline meeting) to keep enablement ti
ed toactive opportuni
ties.• Work with the Director and Growth team to create opportunities through repeatable sy
stemsand proce
sses.Performance Tracking &
Data• Track professional development and credentials across the advisory
team.• Maintain defined sales data and reporting — CRM hygiene, dashboards
, andcontest/leaderboard tracking — to give the Director clear visibility into team activity and tr
ends.

Role Profile & Preferred Qualifi
cations• Full-time training and development profes
sional.• 5+ years in Financial Services; prior financial sales experience strongly preferred, as a
dvisorsrespond best to enablement informed by real selling expe
rience.• Training, coaching, or leadership program certifications bene
ficial.• Experience developing curriculum and sales-enablement assets.• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation
