The Manager of Advisor Training & Sales Enablement supports the Director of Sales in building an

dsustaining a high-performance advisory team. Where the Director sets sales strategy and owns th

eteam’s production results, the Manager ensures every advisor walks onto the field prepared an

dequipped: building the training curriculum, maintaining the firm’s sales-asset library, running th

esupporting analytics, and keeping the development rhythm consistent week over week

ent• Create, develop, and facilitate the weekly internal sales training series, tied to live pipel

ry.• Co-diagnose advisor skills gaps using pipeline observation and production data, then brin

ff.• Source and vet outside training resources to address gaps that cannot be closed internal

Sales Enablement & Asset Lib

rary• Own the firm’s sales-asset library — referral language, objection-handling framewo

oom.• Translate the Director’s and top advisors’ best practices into reusable, repeatable tools

ply.• Facilitate and maintain planning-tool enablement — the Sophisticated Planning Serv

pport• Run the lead-generation engine — feed lists, referral-activity tracking, and reporting
