We're looking for a Creator, Affiliate & Community Growth Manager to own and scale our creator ecosystem across TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, ambassadors and community programs.
This is a high-impact growth role for someone who lives and breathes social commerce, creator marketing and building authentic communities that drive revenue.
The Role
You will be responsible for creating and managing the creator growth flywheel that fuels awareness, engagement and sales across Naked Sundays.
You will own creator recruitment, affiliate activation, TikTok Shop growth, ambassador programs, community initiatives and UGC generation.
This role is equal parts strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Affiliate & TikTok Shop Growth
- Own TikTok Shop affiliate strategy and execution
- Recruit, onboard and activate creators at scale
- Build and manage relationships with top-performing affiliates
- Increase creator-generated GMV and affiliate revenue
- Launch creator campaigns aligned to key retail and DTC moments
- Track affiliate performance and optimise for growth
- Creator Partnerships
- Build and manage a network of beauty, skincare and lifestyle creators
- Source creators for paid, gifted and ambassador partnerships
- Manage influencer gifting and product seeding programs
- Negotiate creator partnerships and campaign deliverables
- Develop long-term creator relationships and brand advocates
- Community & Ambassador Programs
- Build a thriving Naked Sundays ambassador community
- Develop referral and advocacy programs
- Create initiatives that encourage user-generated content and engagement
- Foster strong relationships with customers, creators and superfans
- UGC & Content Growth
- Drive high-volume UGC creation across all channels
- Brief creators and content partners
- Identify emerging trends and viral opportunities
- Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce and social teams
- Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor affiliate, creator and community KPIs
- Report on revenue, engagement and creator performance
- Identify growth opportunities and optimise campaigns
Manage budgets and creator ROI
About You
- 3+ years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, creator partnerships or social commerce
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and affiliate ecosystems
- Experience managing creator campaigns at scale
- Highly organised and data-driven
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about beauty, skincare and social media
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable working in a fast-growth environment
- Bonus Points
- Experience in beauty, skincare or consumer brands
- Existing creator and influencer network
- Experience with TikTok Shop, CreatorIQ, ShopMy, Aspire, Grin or similar platforms
- Experience scaling ambassador and referral programs
