Thomson Companies, a leader in property management in the Waukesha County area is looking for the right person to join a great team who believe in the quality of their communities and the goal of resident satisfaction.
We are in need of a maintenance technician at our New Berlin multifamily community locations.
Duties:
-Completion of resident work requests.
-Preparation of vacant apartments.
-General apartment repair and maintenance.
-Completion of special projects.
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday; On-call emergency rotation required.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of light electrical, plumbing, carpentry.
-Swimming pool knowledge helpful.
-Ability and willingness to work independently and/or as member of a (5) man crew.
-Ability to move/lift 50 lbs.
-Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, squat, and climb ladders.

Pay: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
