About the role:
Stratify Systems AI is an AI-powered marketing agency helping businesses grow with AI voice agents, automation, and done-for-you digital marketing. We're hiring a hungry, results-driven Appointment Setter to go out and generate meetings from scratch — cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, Facebook outreach, and anything else that gets decision-makers on a call. This is a pure outbound role. No warm leads handed to you. You hunt, you book, you earn.
What you'll do:
- Prospect and reach out to business owners and decision-makers daily via cold calls, LinkedIn DMs, Facebook Messenger, email, and Instagram
- Craft and send personalised outreach messages that spark genuine conversations — no copy-paste spam
- Qualify prospects and book them into discovery calls with our closer/founder
- Handle objections confidently and follow up persistently without being pushy
- Track all outreach activity and booked meetings in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Hit a weekly booked-call target and report daily on outreach volume and outcomes
You're a great fit if you:
- Have done cold outreach before — cold calling, LinkedIn prospecting, or social DMs — and can prove it
- Are thick-skinned, don't fear rejection, and treat every "no" as data
- Write in a natural, human tone — not templated, robotic, or salesy
- Are self-managed, consistent, and don't need hand-holding to hit numbers
- Have strong spoken and written English
- Are motivated by commission — you want to earn more by doing more
Compensation:
Commission per qualified booked call + bonuses for every closed deal. The better you perform, the more you make. This role rewards output, not hours.
You get $20 per Qualified Booked appointment (even if we don't close) and 5% for every Closed deal that we make.
It's only commission/performance based, no upfront salary.
