Di’velept Design is looking for a full-time, experienced Project Manager. We are an innovative, all-remote firm that gives all our staff a high level of transparency into everything about the firm. Our projects are primarily located along the Wasatch front. Our practice centers around multifamily and industrial buildings. A strong candidate will have experience in both, but multifamily is preferred. Our firm is entirely remote so this will be a remote position utilizing web-based tools for communication and collaboration. However, candidates must be located within one hour of Salt Lake City, Utah.
We are looking for someone who is technically strong and design driven. You will lead projects, coordinate consultants and own documentation quality. Candidates for the position will be evaluated against the following categories and pay will be determined by proficiency in each. Our expected pay range is $80-100,000 based on candidate proficiency.
- Project Management: The ability to oversee a project and run a team of staff and consultants
- Design: The ability to think creatively to produce good design while considering the budget requirements of a project.
- Zoning/City Processes: Experience with City zoning codes and submittal processes.
- Building Code Knowledge: Knowledge of the building codes.
- Construction Knowledge: Having a good understanding of building details.
- Construction Documentation: The ability to assemble the complete documentation of a project including all drawings and specifications.
- Software: Proficiency with the design and documentation tools of the office. The top software that we use in the office are listed below in an approximate order of magnitude.
