Provide overall leadership and direct supervision of approximately 4 – 10 Taco Bell restaurants to ensure that each Restaurant General Manager meets or exceeds the Annual Operating Plan;
Find and hire and develop RGMs, Assistant General Managers and Shift Managers;
Coach RGMs on the 4 Rights and provide regular feedback during 1:1 sessions;
Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success;
Analyze the financial performance of your area and understand trends
