Position Overview
- Title: Assembly Technician
- Pay: $19–$22/hour (based on experience) + eligibility for bonus
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (minimal overtime)

Job Responsibilities
- Assemble sub-assemblies using hand tools
- Follow instructions and bill of materials for final assembly
- Test units for quality and standards
- Clean, box, and palletize products for shipment
- Track work orders in ERP system
- Work in electronic/wire harness assembly and shipping
- Perform quality checks and support continuous improvement
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Ability to take direction and feedback
- Operate hand tools (drill, screwdriver, etc.)
- Stand for long periods; lift up to 30 lbs with assistance
- Detail-oriented, steady-paced work ethic
- Self-motivated, problem-solving mindset
- Recognize and address quality issues
Preferred:
- Basic computer skills or ERP system familiarity
- 2+ years of assembly experience
- Shipping and Receiving experience
