Position Overview

- The ideal candidate will have between 3 and 7 years of estimating experience and a strong desire to continue building a long-term career in Preconstruction.

Must-Have Experience
- 3–7 years of estimating experience
- Commercial construction estimating
- Ground-up construction experience
- Quantity takeoffs | Scope review | Subcontractor solicitation | Bid leveling | Cost estimating | Budget preparation
