Bizarre Bar is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Assistant Manager who will also serve as a Lead Bartender. Position Overview
The Assistant Manager is a working leader, balancing high-volume bartending shifts with dedicated operational time focused on inventory, menu development, and process improvement. You’ll help set the tone behind the bar while supporting systems that keep everything running smoothly.
- Minimum 2–3 weekend night shifts
- Inventory tracking and ordering
- Bar process improvements
- Menu planning and prep
- Additional hours may include meetings, content creation, and operational support

- Strong bartending experience with confidence in high-volume environments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, especially in inventory and systems
- Creative approach to cocktails, presentation, and guest experience
- Understanding of cost control, efficiency, and bar operations
- A leadership style rooted in example, accountability, and team support
- Commitment to inclusivity, respect, and community-first hospitality
Bonus Points For
- Experience with inventory systems, menu costing, or bar program development
- Content creation skills (social media, photo/video, branding)
