Assistant Manager

Duties:

– Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
– Assist in managing daily store operations and maintaining a clean and organized environment
– Assist in creating work schedules and managing employee shifts
– Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
– Assist in achieving sales targets and promoting retail sales
– Handle cash handling responsibilities, including operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately
– Assist in pricing merchandise and ensuring accurate pricing throughout the store
– Perform administrative tasks such as record keeping, data entry, and filing

Requirements:

– Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, bilingual a plus
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
– Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
– Valid Drivers License is required
