Position Overview

Twin Lakes Pools is seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Assistant Pool Service Manager to help oversee residential and commercial pool maintenance operations. This position supports the Service Manager in coordinating technicians, ensuring quality service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and assisting with daily operational needs.

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional Saturdays (1 Saturday per month)
  • Full-Time Position

Qualifications

  • Previous swimming pool industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of pool chemistry, equipment, and maintenance practices. (Necessary)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions.
  • Basic knowledge of HammerHead pool vacuum maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
