Assisted Living – CNAs – 3 to 11 Part Time Jobs in Baltimore at Springwell Senior Living Community
We are seeking a caring, personable CNA (required) or dually certified CNA/CMT to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting our elderly residents at Springwell. We have one Part-Time opening on our 3p-11p shift. Please submit your resume for consideration. (Note – the position requires every other weekend).
Springwell Senior Living Community is a provider of full-service Independent Living, Traditional Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living located on a beautiful 15 acre campus in historic Mount Washington, close to the Baltimore City/County line. We currently offer 99 Independent Living residences, 101 Assisted Living and 37 Memory Care residences.

Responsibilities:
· Administer nursing care to residents
· Assist with activities of daily living
· Administer medications (if a Certified Med Tech)
· Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
· Maintain accurate patient medical records
· Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
· Familiarity with medical software and equipment
· Ability to build rapport with patients
· Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
