2. About the Opportunity:
The Associate Import Transportation Coordinator role supports air and ocean import transportation by managing freight movements and collaborating with partners, clients, and suppliers. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficient freight tracking, problem resolution, and documentation management throughout the supply chain.
3. Responsibilities:
• Track and trace freight using online tools
• Manage documents within a digital workflow system
• Enter data into the CargoWise operating system
• Communicate customs clearance, delivery instructions, and necessary information to relevant parties
• Finalize files with billing charges and complete invoices in a paperless environment
• Perform other assigned duties
4. Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and organize work
• Initiative and capacity to work independently
• Capability to work professionally in a remote environment, if applicable
• Desire for professional and personal development
• College degree (Associate or Bachelor) preferred but not required
