Innovation Roselle is growing fast, and we’re looking for energetic AT&T Customer Sales Representatives to join our high-performance retail team. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and hitting goals — this role is built for you.
As an AT&T Customer Sales Representative, you will engage with customers through in-store interactions and wireless sales initiatives. Our AT&T Customer Sales Representatives will develop a strong understanding of wireless products, service plans, and cost-saving options, allowing them to confidently guide customers toward the best solutions for their needs.
AT&T Customer Sales Representative:
- Deliver professional, in-person sales presentations to promote AT&T products and services to both new and existing customers in a retail environment
- Proactively engage customers to present wireless products, services, and promotional offers
- Process service activations, upgrades, and account changes with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready retail workspace at all times
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions based on lifestyle, usage patterns, and budget
- Participate in weekly training sessions to remain current on AT&T products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
AT&T Customer Sales Representative Qualifications:
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused demeanor
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior sales or customer facing role experience is a plus, but not required
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Willingness to learn product knowledge and continuously develop professionally
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

Pay: $49,983.30 – $60,194.94 per year
