AT&T Customer Team Lead Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to discuss AT&T internet and wireless solutions
- Build trust with customers through professional and informative sales conversations
- Guide customers through available packages and explain service benefits clearly
- Support customers throughout the enrollment and activation process with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activity
- Generate consistent customer engagement while representing DB Managing positively in the community
- Work closely with team leaders to meet sales and customer acquisition goals
- Participate in ongoing coaching sessions and professional development workshops
- Develop strong communication and relationship-building skills through direct customer interaction
- Represent AT&T services with professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge
