In this role, the AT&T Representative isn’t just selling products, they’re building trust, solving problems, and creating real impact for customers’ homes and businesses.
Responsibilities for the AT&T Representative
- Represent AT&T in person, meeting customers where they are, and showing off the latest in wireless and Internet technology as an AT&T Representative.
- Deliver engaging, benefit-driven presentations that highlight how AT&T’s solutions fit into each customer’s life.
- Suggest customized AT&T service plans, device options, and pricing tailored to each customer’s needs and usage.
- Build meaningful relationships: as an AT&T Representative, you’ll earn trust, answer questions, and make sure customers leave satisfied.
- Provide fast, professional responses to customer concerns, the AT&T Representative is the trusted guide through their AT&T experience.
- Track your own performance every day, every week, and every month, using real results to drive your growth as an AT&T Representative.
- Share insights from your field interactions to help your team refine strategies, improve messaging, and boost sales.
- Collaborate on local events, promotions, and community partnerships to amplify AT&T’s reach.
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Representative
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in sales,
- service, or another client-facing role.
- Great communication skills, you’re personable, outgoing, and ready to connect with all kinds of people.
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-driven.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally throughout Houston
- Comfort using mobile tools, point-of-sale systems, and CRM software to manage your sales process.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
