We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an AT&T Retail Associate. With our growing customer base, we are looking to bring on a new AT&T Retail Associate immediately to help meet demand. No prior experience is required — we provide complete training, although previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or an equivalent field is desired.
We are the direct contact and communication with the local customer base, handling all outreach efforts in sales, business development, customer support, and customer retainment for AT&T.
As an AT&T Retail Associate, you will work directly with local retail customers, provide customer service on their Internet and Wireless products, execute and complete sales with new inquiring customers, and play an active role in our internal company’s expansion. We are looking for an AT&T Retail Associate who is driven, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges. This role offers the chance to develop valuable skills in sales, customer service, and leadership, all while contributing to the growth of our team.
AT&T Retail Associate Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing customers in person to explain available products, plans, and service options in a retail setting.
- Support customers throughout the purchasing and installation process to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommend and personalize pricing packages based on each customer’s usage needs and preferences.
- Respond to customer questions in a timely and professional manner to support satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay current on product updates, sales processes, and customer interaction best practices.
- Work closely with team members and leadership to improve sales skills and contribute to overall team performance.
AT&T Retail Associate Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations (highly recommended).
- Interest in developing skills in sales, customer service, and marketing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet performance expectations.
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales environment and maintain a solution-oriented attitude.

Pay: $800.00 – $1,200.00 per week
