Our AT&T Sales Associates act as the main point of contact for both customers and our clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate:
- Connect with and engage with potential customers
- Present and explain AT&T products and services clearly
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Address questions and concerns with professionalism
- Explain features and benefits of AT&T services
- Stay informed on current products, promotions, and updates
- Track daily outreach, leads, and sales performance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality
- Goal-oriented with a competitive, driven mindset
- Reliable transportation is a plus
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
