Auto Body Estimator / Collision Repair Estimator Jobs in Vicksburg, MS at Cannon Motors Collision Center
Cannon Motors Collision Center is seeking an experienced Auto Body Estimator / Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for a customer-focused professional with experience writing collision repair estimates, managing insurance claims, and coordinating repairs from start to finish. If you have experience as an Auto Body Estimator, Body Shop Estimator, Collision Center Estimator, or Auto Damage Appraiser, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate collision repair estimates.
- Write estimates using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software.
- Work directly with customers, insurance companies, and adjusters throughout the repair process.
- Review, negotiate, and supplement insurance claims when necessary.
- Explain repair recommendations, timelines, and repair costs to customers.
- Coordinate repairs with technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Order parts and monitor repair progress.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and estimate files.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from vehicle drop-off through final delivery.
- Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and management to ensure safe, high-quality repairs and complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Auto Body Estimator, Collision Repair Estimator, Body Shop Estimator, or similar role preferred.
- Experience using CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and insurance claims.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
