Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting of Charlotte Hall, MD is a locally owned and operated repair shop. We thrive on providing a professional, customer-centric and rewarding work environment.
We are seeking several full-time painters with experience to join our dynamic and growing team. I-Car certification is preferred, but not necessary for employment. Candidates must be able to demonstrate consistent quality. Experience in single stage and base coat/clear coat finishes is preferred. Dependability and ability to adapt are necessary for the right candidates. References are required.
Responsibilities:
- Make pre-booth quality checks of vehicles to be painted
- Mix paint and paint vehicles
- Maintain a high level of production to meet center vehicle goals per day
- Use all materials in a judicious manner
- Utilize all health and safety equipment and adhere to all safety rules
- Follow company standard operating procedures
- Maintain clean and organized work areas, including the paint mixing room, spray booth, spray equipment, oven, etc.
- Assist in the pre/post-paint operations as required to assure smooth, continuous production
- Cooperate in management’s training efforts to develop new employees skills
- Maintain the quality standards established by management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
