Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, pricing, and financing options.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles and ensure accurate pricing information is available.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate sales efforts and promotions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients find the right vehicle.
- Familiarity with sales pipelines and upselling techniques is a plus.
