High Tech Auto & Truck Center is a family-owned independent repair facility looking for experienced technicians to join our team. We’ve proudly served Northern Virginia for over 35 years and stay busy working on cars, light-duty and diesel trucks, fleet vehicles, and 4×4 builds.
From routine maintenance and diagnostics to diesel repairs, truck accessories, and major mechanical work, we maintain a good mix of jobs that keeps things interesting and provides opportunities to continue learning and growing.

No two days are the same here
One day you might be performing maintenance services and brakes. The next, you could be diagnosing a drivability concern, installing a lift kit, or tackling a major mechanical repair.
- Routine maintenance services, oil changes, filters, and belts
- Brake, steering, suspension, and general repair work
- Factory-scheduled maintenance and repair services
- Electrical, mechanical, and drivability diagnostics
- Light-duty diesel diagnostics, repair, and maintenance
- Aftermarket accessories and modifications
- Major mechanical repairs
Who Thrives Here
We’re looking for a motivated technician who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality workmanship, and values being part of a strong team. The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of professional automotive repair experience
- Mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- A willingness to work on a variety of vehicle makes, models, and repair types
- Professional tools and a valid driver’s license
- Light-duty diesel diagnostic and repair experience (preferred, but not required)
- A Virginia State Inspector License (a plus, but not required)
- Welding experience (a plus, but not required)

Pay: $65,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
