Duties
- Safely operate various delivery vehicles, including box trucks with manual transmissions, to transport coffee products and supplies between locations.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols.
- Support the department by assisting with inventory management, order picking, packing, and organizing stock in the warehouse.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by engaging professionally with clients and ensuring timely, accurate drop-offs.
- Assist with route driving as needed, following designated schedules while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards.
- Help with general warehouse duties such as moving heavy items, organizing storage areas, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Step in as a courier or backup driver when scheduled drivers are unavailable, ensuring continuous delivery operations without interruption.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or warehouse environments is highly desirable.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent driving certification; experience with box trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
- Proven ability to drive manual transmission vehicles safely and confidently.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy loads repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks such as moving boxes or equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for load & unload procedures and route planning.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
