Duties

- Decorate cakes and pastries using cake decorating techniques to meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Package baked items efficiently for retail display or catering orders, maintaining presentation quality
- Support food production processes by measuring ingredients, mixing doughs or batters, and operating kitchen equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and baking equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices during preparation and packaging to ensure product safety
- Provide friendly customer service by answering questions about products, offering samples, and assisting with purchases
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation or bakery settings is highly desirable
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques and pastry work enhances your contribution to the team
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Experience working in kitchens or restaurants provides a strong foundation for this role
