Guido’s Fresh Market is a family-owned grocery and specialty store with two locations in the Berkshires. Our brand-new bakery is looking for a Bakery Associate to support daily operations. This role focuses on preparing ingredients, packaging baked goods, stocking the retail floor, and ensuring our bakery products are beautifully presented for customers.

**** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 11 AM- 7 PM, WILLING TO BE FLEXIBLE ON DAYS, WEEKENDS REQUIRED ***
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and portion bakery ingredients for production
- Package, label, and merchandise baked goods for retail sale
- Stock and replenish the bakery retail floor
- Maintain organized backstock and assist with inventory as needed
- Ensure work areas are clean, sanitary, and safe
- Support the bakery team by helping with daily tasks and customer service at the counter

- Active Food Safety Certificate preferred
- Comfortable working in and out of freezer
