Responsibilities
Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services
● Perform fades, haircuts, beard trims, neck cleanups, and grooming consultations
● Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after each service
● Recommend professional hair and beard care products based on guest needs
● Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation
● Follow all sanitation and safety guidelines
● Build strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits
● Participate in team training, meetings, and continuing education opportunities
● Contribute to a positive and team-oriented culture

● Proficiency in men’s haircutting techniques, including fades, tapers, scissor cuts, textured styles, and beard grooming
