Job Summary
After serving the community for 20+ years, our standard of service and quality of product are exemplary. We are looking to add to our service team. If you are a hard working indivdual with a positive attitude, you will do well here. We REQUIRE at least 1 year of prior bar tending experience. DO NOT apply if you lack the experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits.
- Familiarity with Toast POS
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
- Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or catering functions, ensuring all beverage needs are met seamlessly.
- Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, and supplies; communicate needs for restocking to management promptly.
Requirements
- 1 year of BARTENDING EXPERIENCE
- Positive attitude
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a lively hospitality setting.
Pay: $25.00 – $50.00 per hour
