The Stoler Automotive Group is seeking a Service BDC Representative to assist customers with inquiries and setting appointments. This position at our dealership plays a crucial role in engaging with customers and requires strong communication skills. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! This will be with a salary position plus commission; Spanish speaker would be ideal and MUST work on Saturday’s.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments and address inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transition and follow-up on customer inquiries.
Experience:
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish, highly desirable for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
