Position Overview
The Behind-the-Scenes Specialist & Wedding Concierge plays a vital dual role in ensuring the seamless execution of wedding events. This position combines discreet operational support with elevated guest-facing service, delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and their guests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment where precision and professionalism are paramount.
Key Responsibilities
Behind-the-Scenes Operations
- Support the planning and execution team with all logistical aspects of wedding day production
- Schedule and Edit Reels and TikTok
- Post Stories ( Instagram and Facebook)
- Provide personalized, white-glove service to the couple, wedding party, and select VIP guests
- Serve as a point of contact for guest inquiries, directions, and special requests
- Ensure the couple’s comfort throughout the day (hydration, meals, wardrobe assistance, personal requests)
- Deliver a calm, polished presence while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Qualifications
- Previous experience in weddings, events, hospitality, or luxury service preferred
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
