About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bench Jeweler to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in polishing, resizing, and working with gold and diamond jewelry. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a passion for fine jewelry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Polish and finish gold, diamond, and other fine jewelry pieces to a high-quality standard.
- Perform resizing of gold and diamond rings and other jewelry items.
- Apply rhodium plating to white gold and other appropriate jewelry pieces.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all jewelry meets company standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and customer expectations.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Bench Jeweler or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of jewelry casting techniques.
- Ability to work with gold, diamonds, and other fine materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
