You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing beverage sales efficiently, and ensuring all food safety and alcohol regulations are upheld. Your energetic approach will help elevate the guest experience, making every visit memorable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems
- Manage inventory levels on the beverage cart or station, restocking supplies as needed to ensure seamless service throughout shifts.
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing menu recommendations and answering questions about beverages or food options.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage cart or bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, perform basic math calculations for change, and complete cashiering duties responsibly.
- Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol service regulations, and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff alike.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail math is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential to maintain health compliance.
- Strong time management skills are necessary to juggle multiple orders while providing prompt service.
Requirements
- Current TABC and TX Manager Food Handlers
- Reliable, proactive, and able to perform efficiently in high-energy settings
- Flexible schedule (Mon-Sun)
- +/- 30 hours
- $3/hour + tips
- Be able to work outdoors
