Responsibilities:
– Supervise and manage our construction crew in factory setting
– Oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
– Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met
– Maintain accurate timesheets in our internal system
– Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure work meets industry standards
– Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and address any issues that may arise
– Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
Skills:
– Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
– Spanish is essential to communicate effectively with our workforce
– Proficiency in construction management software
– Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction projects
– Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively supervise multiple projects simultaneously
– Strong leadership abilities to oversee and motivate construction teams
– Exceptional problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during construction projects
This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction supervision and possess the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Job Type: Full-time
