The Rosen Injury Law team is growing again. We are looking for a self-motivated full-time plaintiff personal injury pre-suit paralegal.
Responsibilities
- Request crash reports, 911 calls, CAD reports, and other investigative materials
- Handle communication with clients
- Request medical records
- File claims with insurance carriers
- Obtain insurance policy information
- Assist with client property damage
- Monitor deadlines and calendars
Skills
- Proven experience as a pre-suit paralegal
- Case Management software experience, Filevine a plus
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to work equally well on a team and with minimal supervision
- Languages English and Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
