At Opal Springs Behavioral Health, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care that empowers individuals and families. We are expanding our clinical services to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are looking for a visionary, passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to build, shape, and lead this brand-new program from the ground up.

What You’ll Do :

  • Clinical Oversight: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other comprehensive clinical evaluations.
  • Individualized Care: Develop, implement, and oversee tailored behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Mentorship & Supervision: Provide supportive, high-quality clinical supervision and ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Data-Driven Progress: Closely monitor client progress, analyze data, and make responsive treatment modifications.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner closely with families, caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers to ensure a seamless circle of support.
  • Program Development: Actively participate in shaping our program’s growth, quality improvement initiatives, and ethical compliance.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation and billing records in alignment with payer requirements.

What We’re Looking For :

Required:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disabilities.
  • Strong skills in clinical assessment, behavioral treatment planning, and staff supervision.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

Preferred :

  • Experience providing behavioral health services within the state of Ohio.
  • Familiarity navigating Medicaid-funded ABA services and authorization processes.
  • Previous experience helping launch, scale, or expand a new ABA clinic or program.

Pay: $69,427.53 – $83,611.65 per year
