Job Overview:
As a Boat and RV Sales Associate at Outlet Recreation, you will play a crucial role in helping customers find the perfect recreational vehicle or boat to suit their lifestyle and needs. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the sales process, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish, generating new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of our boat and RV inventory.
- Engage with customers to identify their specific needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and walk-throughs to showcase the features and functionalities of various models.
- Provide accurate pricing information, negotiate terms, and facilitate the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
- Coordinate with the finance department to assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
- Collaborate with the service department to address any post-sale inquiries, service requests, or warranty issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve sales targets and performance goals as set by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, marine, or recreational vehicle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong product knowledge and a passion for outdoor recreation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
