Job Title: Bubble Tea Barista – Evening & Weekend Shifts
Job Summary:

We’re currently hiring Bubble Tea Baristas who are available to work evenings, nights, and weekends. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love bubble tea, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation: Craft and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks with consistency and creativity.
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and share menu knowledge while ensuring a friendly and welcoming environment.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards. Regular cleaning of equipment and customer areas is required.
Cash Handling: Operate the POS system and manage transactions with accuracy.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our menu, new products, and promotions. Offer recommendations tailored to customer preferences.
Teamwork: Collaborate with coworkers to ensure smooth operations. Assist with inventory and communicate any supply needs.
Policy Compliance: Follow all company policies to maintain a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace.
Requirements:
Evening, night, and weekend availability is required.
Customer service or food service experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided.
Enthusiasm for bubble tea and a desire to learn about our drinks and processes.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Basic math skills and comfort with handling cash.
Valid WA State Food Handler’s Card (or willingness to obtain one).
