Aprile is looking for a Branch Manager to lead and develop our Houston office, driving business growth while ensuring operational excellence and high service standards.
This role is ideal for a senior professional with strong commercial acumen and leadership experience in international freight forwarding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all branch activities
• Develop and implement commercial strategies in the local market
• Grow and manage the client portfolio
• Monitor branch performance, including revenue, costs and key KPIs
• Lead, motivate and develop the local team
• Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
• Take full ownership of the branch P&L
Candidate profile:
• Proven experience in freight forwarding or international logistics
• Previous experience in a Branch Manager role or as a Senior Sales professional ready to step into a leadership position
• Strong knowledge of the freight forwarding market
• Business development mindset with strong relationship-building skills
• Leadership, autonomy and results-driven approach
• Fluent in English
