Job Description
As the "vibe-making machine" at Withshepherd.com, you will own the end-to-end brand experience across events, social media, and executive presence. You will design unforgettable broker experiences and high-end activations that feel like exclusive parties rather than generic industry conferences. This is a high-impact role reporting to the Head of Marketing to define how the frontier of AI insurance is perceived.

What You Will Do
- Lead the event strategy for industry conferences and proprietary hosted programs, transforming fragmented field marketing into high-quality, unforgettable experiences for key distribution partners.
- Manage executive social narratives and company-wide content strategy, amplifying the brand’s unique POV across digital channels and ensuring an unmistakable visual and verbal identity.
- Direct a multi-disciplinary stack of creative agencies and contractors to produce world-class video, web, and broker-facing collateral that outshines traditional competitors.
The ideal candidate
- 5+ years of experience in brand, experiential, or field marketing within high-growth B2B, fintech, or luxury hospitality environments where detail and atmosphere are paramount.
- Exceptional creative taste and a proven ability to manage six-figure budgets and complex event logistics from strategy through to flawless execution.
- An AI-native professional who is comfortable in tools like Figma and stays composed under the pressure of tight timelines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
