As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities:
– Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting menu items
– Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
– Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while adhering to presentation standards
– Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them during their meals
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt service
– Handle cash register transactions and process payments accurately
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
– Adhere to food safety standards and protocols
– Light Bartending
– Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
-Plus additional responsibiilities as needed
Skills:
– Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
– Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
– Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
– Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
