We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bricklayer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction tasks.
- Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work with precision and efficiency.
- Install rebar and metal stud framing to reinforce structures according to project specifications.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively.
- Execute masonry tasks including bricklaying, tile laying, stucco application, and plastering.
- Conduct renovation projects involving carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, caulking, and drywall installation.
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Read and interpret construction plans and schematics to ensure accurate project execution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction with a focus on concrete forming, masonry, or related trades.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation.
- Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols.
- Ability to perform concrete finishing, rebar installation, stucco application, and tile laying proficiently.
- Knowledge of various construction disciplines including carpentry (frame and trim), roofing, plastering, caulking, restoration, and metal stud framing.
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems is a plus.
