Job Summary
Aaratech Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst – Supply Chain & Logistics to support supply chain and logistics operations by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements.
- Analyze supply chain, inventory, procurement, and logistics processes.
- Develop business process documentation, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, business, and IT teams.
- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
- Present business recommendations and project updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
- Experience with business process analysis and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms.
- Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Any certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, APICS CSCP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) are a plus.
